Also, about that icon thing. You need to go to the .fla where you made the icon, and go to File<export<export image. Give it a name and save it where you can keep track of it and save as a .gif.
You should be able to use it as an icon for a movie if its dimensions are 46x by 46x.

I use flash 8, which is the version before CS3. And to get a sound already on your computer, is too go to File<imprt<import to Library and find the sound and open it. Then he sound is in your library to put it on any keyframe of your movie.
