i recently submited my first flash, that was supposed to have music, and it didn't. i don't know why, i submited it into a keyframe and played the flash before i submited it, if anyone has any ideas why the music didn't play, please tell me.
also, how do i put in those loading thinies into it?
i'm not too great when it comes to computers.
If it was streamed it wouldnt play in one key frame. Next time you add music make sure, that if its in stream form, you put it on its own layer and add a bunch of frames to it. If you dont want to stream it... goto to the bottom of your screen and look for a box that says Stream. Click on the arrow thingy and change it to event. If that doesnt work thennnnnnnn... I dunno.
thanks, but i think i just forgot to do somthing important with the sound. i'll try that anyway, though.
my tip is never have a button that makes the sound play jsut put it on a keyframe it just gets tooooooooooo hard.

I can't think of any reason for the song not to play, other than what's already been mentioned.
The loader, called a preloader, can be obtained here on Newgrounds. I'll give a link and instructions tomorrow. I can't really think of flash stuff right now.

Alright preloaders can be downloaded on this page on Newgrounds:

Choose one that you think is cool and click download this fla. Then it'll come up on the computerv in a .fla file like all other movies. Then you just copy the first frame and paste it onto the first frame of the movie you want it in. Make sure it works right by watching the movie with ctrl+enter.
And you can also figure out how to change the preloader in how it works and what it looks like. But that's too complex to explain.

sorry dude i never really talked lately i have been busy with girls and school man so anyways let me know when you flash is done. maybe some day we will make a collab together

My flash is pretty much done, i just have to animate two more parts and then submit it, i've been busy myself. A collab would be cool, but i don't know anything about them, so you may have to teach me about it first.
